Poop question - sorry

Hi there,

Emily is 6 months old now and we have introduced 3 meals a day about a week and half ago, she has been having two meals a day for ages.

She now poos about 6-8 times a day of different consistencys and colours. The HV does not seem concerned but surely pooing this much is not good for her.

How often do your little ones poo??

Thanks and sorry for the topic!

Hey natalie

Could Emily be teething? I remember Olivia going through a terrible poopy phase when she was cutting her first tooth!! We once went through 5 clean vests and pairs of trousers by lunch time!!!!

Possibly.....

is pooing lots a sympton of teething. I know diarrea (sp) is but Emily does not have that....

She does dribble loads and wants to bite on her teethers but she is not grouchy right now......

I am worried that her food is not staying in her body long enough to give her the nutriants she needs....
