Feeding has changed any advice would be good

hi all,
i have a 9 week old son and he has been quite a good baby really the last 2 weeks he has been sleeping through from 1030 til 530 which isnt bad but he has started feeding every 2 hours again and he wakes up in the night again i know it could be a growth spurt hes on hungry baby food its just that i have an 18 month old aswell its getting tiring now trying to play and feed the little one so often

any ideas......forgot to say he takes 6oz of the hungry baby food and always seems really contented
