Changes after the first birthday? ?

morning girls,
well as much as i dont want her to be cadene is gonna be one in three weeks... wow...!anyway just had a few questions about feeding etc.... my teeny girl is still only 16lb..............! she has three meals and two snacks every day now (tiny amounts as she has the worlds' smallest appetite but she does enjoy her food now!!) as well as 3/4 breastfeeds.... so i know they are supposed to have cow's milk from age one and stop feeding but i can honestly say that isn't gonna happen in the next three weeks lol Cadene is lactose intolerent still so she would have the Lactofree milk which i use now for cooking etc... Do I give it to her after a meal...? inbetween meals...? she's never drunk from a bottle so it would be from a cup and she does have water from a cup now a few times a day but it is tiny sips and then she just wants to tip it everywhere??
just wondering really what everyone else did/does...? she is so cute at the moment she holds the phone up to her ear and says erro and then passes it to me.. and she plays peek a boo popping up from behind the bed/sofa.......... arrrrghhh where did my little newborn go...?
