Sleeping!!need help

hi
my little boy is 5 months old and started going through the night at 10 weeks so i moved him into his cot and for about a week and a bit he slept through without a bottle from 8-6 which i loved. We then went away and his routine was mucked up and then when we got back he was ill and has never slept through since. I am really sruggling with what to do as i end up at about 2 in the morning putting him in bed with me as this is the only place he will settle and sleep through.
If anyone has every had this problem please give me some tips it would be appreciated.
Thanks
Katy & Callum 5 months x
