My daughter walked in on sex!!!!

Okay, this may seem hard to believe for a woman pregnant with her seventh child to have never had a child walk in on sex before, but it's true! However, last night, Will and I were having sex after we put all the kids to sleep, and Sophia, our five-year-old, got out of bed and came into our room, only to see us on the verge of reaching our climax! It was so embarrassing, and then, to make it worse, Will pulled out just as he heard the door open, and he was still erect! Oh, I am just so confused - I don't know what to tell her at this young age. We sort of just said, "Sweetie, is there something you need?" and she replied, "A cup of water. What were you doing? What is that thing on daddy?" Will about started crying with humiliation then, so we just said we were sharing some special mommy-daddy time, and we usually only make love in private. Should I talk to her again? What is the right thing to say?

Oh, an update from my previous post about the pressure coming from the baby being so low. My doctor said the pressure is from my uterus sagging a bit (?) and that it is normal with a late-stage pregnancy, especially since I've delivered several children naturally before. So, now we are just still waiting for Lucy to make an appearance!

Thanks for responding! Luckily, Sophia has been mum about what she saw the other night - much to Will and my pleasure! We DO NOT want to re-live that moment in the near future! I suppose if it comes up again, I'll just try what you said. She's been awfully curious lately about where the new baby is coming from and all, and if mommy and daddy will have more babies. You know, typical kindergarten stuff, I suppose...went through the same curiosity about my pregnancies and having the babies with Ryan and Hannah earlier. I'm just worried that she'll share her curiosities and "information" with Rachel, since the two of them are so close being twins and all, and we'll have a real situation on our hands! What do you all think? Luckily, with my doctor thinking labor will happen in the next three days, Will and I won't be having too much sex in the coming month or two that any of the kids will be seeing! Thank god!

Oh, and Lucy, you have a beautiful name, hence our decision to name Lucy Jennifer this!

And, Emmlouise, I'm sure our faces would have been priceless! Will looked like he was about to drop off the bed, really, and he was burning with embarrassment! Oh, Lord...

Oh gosh!... my worst nightmare lol, you've been quite lucky it hasnt happened before with one of your other children. Hehe! I would just leave it unless she mentions it again and maybe say what u said to her last time? Make sure all ur kids have water in there bedroom from now on lol
