Does a full moon affect sleeping habits

Hi there,

Is there any truth that a full moon affects babies sleeping? Emily struggled to settle last night and woke about 6 times which is not like her......

Anyone else had a full moon and an unsettled baby?

Funny you should say that hun - a few weeks back Oliver was a complete brat all day. He is usually very boisterous and quite stubborn, but nothing like he was on this particular day. I happened to mention it to my SIL and her friend's baby had been the same that day and it was a full moon that night - I know people that swear by it. So maybe.......

Hi

to be honest when my daughter has a restless night I haven't even thought about looking to see if it was a full moon or not............may well have a look next time!

I have heard some people say that it can though......I have heard the light of the moon when it's full is brighter..... therefore we aren't in such a deep sleep?!

Sorry not much help really

xXx
