I was given a 'Baby Bjorn' carrier but I dont have any instructions.

I was wondering if anyone has one or has used one? And does anyone know what weight they go up too?

Archie is now 15lb9oz or 7.06kg

Thanx guys xx

I like mine

Hi Adele,
I've just bought a baby bjorn carrier for Léonie, and contrary to the general opinion, I really love mine. However, I did go for the Synergy one, which is top of the range, for the added back support. A friend of mine who is a physio recommanded the Synergy carrier and although it is more expensive it is well worth the money. The lumbar support is incredible and you can hardly feel the weight of the baby. I received it on wednesday and since then haven't stopped using it. I used to have a Tomy carrier with Etienne and it killed me every time I was using it; it was rubbish. No such thing with this one. you can use it up to 12 kg. Babies can face forward at around 4 months. When their head is stronger.

hey hun
i have a baby bjorn. what a waste of £54.99 that was!!!

I have used it once and i absolutely hate it. i didnt feel safe with emilie flapping about on teh front of me, altho i knew she was securely fastened in, i just couldnt get to grips with the concept. also, i found it impossible to sit down whilst i had her on me and keeping oliver under control at the same time was hideous. its now in the cupboard under the stairs where it is staying! i also found, like danica, that it hurt my back. i checked and double checked that i had it on right, and i did, but it was the worst 2 hours ever!

they go up to 11kg.
love kelly, oliver 19 months and emilie, 24 weeks tomoro
xx

i didnt get on with it...

.... i have the air carrier one and only used it once... i needed to post a letter when it snowed so that was the safest way to go out lol... it was fine but it killed my back... maybe i had it on wrongly...? hope you get on with it hun............
xx danica and cadene xx

Thanx guys

I was given mine so I dont mind the lack of usage, I have used it once and I found Archies head was buried in my boobs and I thought he might suffocate!!! He was a lot smaller then tho.
Luckily there is going to be a few of us on this treasure hunt Im going on so we can share him!!

Lucy....Im sure you can use them either way round hun xx

Thanx again guys xx
