Proud proud mummy

Tonight when I was giving Riley his shower before bed, he got his potty down from the shelf by the bath, sat himself on it and........................... ......................did a weewee!!!!!! while pointng down and saying "OOOOOOOO" lol
I was not even considering starting with any potty training yet as he is only 16 months, but might start with puttin him on it before his bath each night after him doing it by himself!
I dont wanna put any emphasis on it as I dont want him gettin stressed about it, but I was so proud I actually cried when he did it lol.

sorry for not bein on here lots lately, been a busy mama with Riley runnin circles around me haha!
My hubby is approaching the end of his 7 months in afghanistan so we'll be a whole family again very soon!
hugs to all
Nikki B and Riley the clever monster

Awwww,

clever boy! Think it's great when they tell you themselves when they're ready for new things, Kaitlyn does that a lot and it makes me proud every time even when it's something really small so you must be bursting! So glad it's nearly time for Mat to come home, that's flown by for me but bet it's felt like an eternity for you. Nearly there now hun and sounds like Riley will have plenty of amazing new things to show daddy, bet he'll be bursting with pride too.

Love and hugs,
Clare xxx
