Today i have had a constant period like pain really hurts is this the start of things for me???

It could be... i had period pain for a few days on and off throughout the day, then i woke up and the pains were every 10mins with waters leaking. Then the next day i had them every 3minutes. Have you been counting? Start counting and if they are closer together then i would ring delivery suite.

Could be!

It could be the beginnings of pre labour where your cervix starts drawing up prior to dilating and baby moves down into the right position! Have you felt like baby has moved down?

Watch out for your show........ (having said that i've never managed to spot mine with any of the 4 of them!!!) It can be anything from a lot of CM to a slight blood clot from what others have said! But it comes away as your cervix thins out and starts dilating!

Fingers crossed things go quickly and easily for you!! Very exciting!!!

Oh yeah this cud be the start of things hun!!!
Especially if they have just started n u ain't had them b4 now. This is how I started, just dull aching pains that stayed around n got the 'edge' every couple of hours 2 start with!!!
Lets hope so!!!! How excitin, good luck hun.
