My poor baby

Megan has got 2 teeth cutting through at the same time, she is having a right go at her fists although she keeps licking the dentinox off my fingers before i can put it on her gums.

Something is irritating her at the back on one side too, so in the end i have put some spoons in the fridge for her to chew on, she loves it. my finger is all soggy now though as she has been chewing it for half an hour.

Any other ideas?

Nasty Teeth!... Rosie has been bad with her teeth for a few days now so annoying as there isnt much else you can do for them really. She tends to chew the teat of the bottle now and doesnt want to feed because its annoying her so much, but she takes water from me as it is cool on her gums... Today she is bad and has started sucking her bottom lip in, it must cause them so much pain erghh!!... we use dentinox gel, ashton & parson powder and if she is really bad in pain and wont stop crying because of it then calpol.

We bought teething dummy's from boots, i think there tommy tippie ones they are rubbery and half a moon shaped she loves these on her gums whilst cold from fridge but i think the teething rings are better.

its horrible isnt it

Ben is also teething at the moment, he has been really upset with his right ear today and the doc looked and said that was through teething. We have started putting his feeder cup with his water in in the fridge. When he drinks it it seems to calm him as it probably numbs his gums, everything else we do others have commented on so it saves me typing ha ha. Bens new habit is chewing his sleeve at his wrist, so i am always changing wet soggy tops. Hope things improve soon for you..

Hey

We have got the tommee tippee dummies, she is ok with them for a bit but then spits them out.
The teething rings arent too bad for her, but once they warm up she doesnt want to know.
its knocking her about quite a bit, poor lil thing.

Maybe its a baby teething week!! i tried bookin rosie into docs tomorrow but i have to ring back in morning for an appointment as she just constantly wants to chew her hand whilst im feeding her aswell then she gags and makes herself sick !

hHya,
Oh sounds like she's havin a bad time of it!
well i'm guessin u'v tried stuff already but I use aston & parsons infant powders that always seem 2 wrk n have calgel, like bongela.
I also have sum teething rings which I put in the fridge 4 a while b4 lettin her chew away!!!
She tends 2 chew her own hands n fingers but has recently started chewing her teat when feeding which is annoying as feeds take forever!!!
Good luck n hope sumthing helps her. Teething goes on forever!!!!

Hi Nat,

in tesco, they do a range of teething products to put in the fridge, i have the water filled ring ones and emmy really chews hard on these, they are bite resistent. Emily is getting her molars (top) and her bottom eye teeth through at the same time, so i know how you feel with your finger
