Hiya

My 3 year old, Daisy, doesn't eat anything. She has always been like this since I weaned her. She will go a few days and just survive off toast. She rarely eats anything else in one day other than toast and a few bits of pasta! Some children are just fussy eaters! If he;s drinking plenty then I wouldn't worry.
As Tracey said, offer him food and don't make a big deal over him eating it. If he doesn't eat it, just say ok. If he does eat it, praise him.
One thing I do with Daisy, is I make little bowls of finger foods up. Like cheese cubes in one, bits of apple in another, grapes, tomatoes, mini hotdogs, bread etc loads of different things to try, then we sit on the floor on a blanket and pretend to have a picnic! Or if it's nice out we have a real picnic. I also nipped into a kitchen store and bought some food cutters. I got hold of a peppa pig one and in the night garden and we cut out shapes in bread. then decorated them with other foods. You could try making faces with different foods as well.
Daisy likes to help me cook. I know Kole is not really old enough to do this but it's an idea for the future if you're still having trouble.

Feel free to PM me if it gets worse or you need advice. I'm abit of an expert when it comes to kids not eating!
But don't worry hun, it's normal

Heeyy

Thanks so much, i think if it continues you'll hear alot more from me!

It is normal

for kids to have days of eating lots less. My 7 year old still does it!! I wouldn't worry unless there are any other symptoms that he is ill. I would just keep putting food infront of him and not push the issue, if he eats it then great if not then thats ok too. If it becomes a big deal he will play on it! I sometimes give finger foods they can walk about with too as it could be that now he is more mobile he is just too busy to want to stay in one place for eating!!!

Don't worry!!

Love Tracey xx
