Hi hun!

I am in EXACTLY the same boat as you! My daughter is 3 and has always been a fussy eater. I'm afraid it's just the age their at and a kinda phase they are going through. I know how fustrating it can be though
My daughter survives off toast and pasta. She has done since I weaned her!
The main thing is, make sure he gets calories. I know it sounds bad but he is a growing lad and will soon burn off calories! They need them at this stage of life. Try sitting down on the floor with him on a blanket and make up loads of different foods in colourful bowls for him to try. Then make a game out of eating. Let him feed you and show him how fun meal times can be.
I popped into our local kitchen store and bought some peppa pig food cutters. I then cut shapes out of different foods and let him decorate them with other foods. Eg bread shapes with cheese, tomato and ham for the eyes, nose mouth etc.
Daisy likes to help me cook her dinner. I find she is more likely to eat it if I allow her to help prepare it.
Make sure he is drinking plenty and keep an eye on his weight. As long as he is growing normally and not losing dramatic amounts of weight then he should be fine.
Don't make a big deal out of him not eating. When he does eat, praise him. He could be doing it to get your attention so make sure you ignore any fuss he makes when he's eating. If he complains and won't eat his food, just say ok never mind and remove his food. If he does eat then make a big deal out of it!

I hope this helps some! I know how frustrating it can get hunny. Hopefully he will soon grow out of it.

Hugs
Kirst, Daisy (3) and 36 week bump.x
