Slimming world

does it work??? my mum swears by it??? Im thinking to go along to the group 2moro any advice??

My mum always does slimming world when she diets and she gets results. Ive only ever done WW and I lost a stone in 6 weeks but this was a good few years ago and it has changed several times since then.

I am so fed up with not being able to shift this weight!!

This reply might not be of much help but I'll just let you know what I've heard as I've never been personally.....

I have heard it's much better than weight watchers, my friends who go enjoy it & it has worked for them. It's worth a go hun, go for it
