Just not interested now!

Hey everyone

Megan has been teething soo badly for the last few days, she made her thumb sore from chewing so hard but its clearing up now, yesterday i noticed she dropped 2 feeds.

In the mornings she always gets her bottle once she gets dressed which is always between 7 and 8, and then she is demand fed after that, she only drank 3 ounces and about half an ounce of water, and hasnt wanted anything since, i have tried and she just not interested, i keep trying

Do i just leave it and when she is hungry enough she will let me know, it was bad enough yesterday she only had 12oz all day compared to about 25 to 30

Hey nat

We had a week like this last week, Isla was having a horrible time with teething (even ended up at the docs as I was worried it could be somehting else but she confirmed just aggressive teething), but she was a nightmare with her food and I was getting to the end of my tether (even put a post up on here) but suddenly this week everything back to normal!
I now think they can just go off their food a bit when they are like this.

How old is Megan again? I think she's quite a bit younger than Isla from memory, but I think as long as she's doing plenty of wet nappies and seems OK in herself (ie, not showing signs of dehydration) then be lead by her, but if you have more than a few days of it speak to doc or HV just to be on safe side/put mind at rest.

Teething is so unfair isn ... good luck hun
Love N & Isla (11 months) xx

Hey

Megan is 15 weeks, she is quite ill now, i think she has this stupid viral bug thats going round, called doc out and said keep up her fluids so i have to keep waking her up with water and milk. She hasnt had much though, but she is sleeping now so thats something.
Feel so helpless
