Christmas is ruined

I'm sooooo stupid! I was paying park catalogue money to a friend because I wanted 300 quid love to shop vouchers for christmas...turns out she spent all the money and never paid park. I don't have any proof that I was paying other than a couple of witnesses...

I'm heartbroken I just don't know what to do, I'm on benefits atm and have no money stashed away I just can't believe a 'friend' would do this...she has robbed my best mate and another lass too.

We know we don't really have a leg to stand on but we are going to speak to park and the police and hopefully with some luck be able to this sorted.

On top of that baby blues are sticking around longer than I thought they would...Hope everyone's day has been better than mine.

Love Toni, Rhys and Lily (19days) x x x

Oh hun, im so sorry!!
Cant believe she is done that, some people really need sorting out.

You are not stupid at all, this woman was meant to be a friend, someone to trust, cant believe she has done this to you all.

Hopefully the police will start investigating and hopefully you might get somewhere, other than that dont really have anything I can say.

Really sorry.

Nat and Megan xx

Hi hun

What an absolute witch ... how can people live with themselves ??
I don't have any solutions i'm afraid other than to say your little ones have no concept of money and will be thrilled with any thing you are able to give them no matter where it comes from .. or what it is.
I would let as many people know what she has done as possible and see if it will shame her into at least paying you back something ...

Hoping thngs will take a turn for the better ..

Hi toni

Right you need to sort Xmas out so how can you do that?

Up here we have Cash For Kids and if you're on a low income you can apply per child via HV or SW. I know this is a Scottish thing but they have it nationwide under different guises.
There are various church related charities too that get donations from all over and could help you.
I know about these things cos they used to help me when I was a (much) younger woman and didn't have much.
Where do you live? Do a bit of digging and find out what's available cos I don't reckon you'll have much luck with ever seeing a penny again.

And when you get it sorted go round and pan her face in!

Chin up girl, hugs and kisses Jen x

First things first madam, you are not stupid. You trusted a friend - that isn't stupid. We all trust our friends - that is why we are friends with them in the first place. She is the stupid one for betraying people that put their trust in her and ruining things for other people.

I don't really know what to suggest hun, I guess all you can do is contact the police and see what they say. I really hope that they can help you out

As for the baby blues, I am sure that they stick around longer for some people than others, and with setbacks like this, it is hardly surprising.

Hang in there babe, you are doing a brilliant job

Hey hun

Im so sorry to hear whats happened too you! Im sorry but......'WHAT A ... !!!' I would try, along with the other people and go too the Police get some advice from them. I dont know anything about charities but its worth looking into. Do you have any family too help hun?

As for the Baby Blues, are you still under MW/HV care? I would speak to them about it, dont let it get too bad.

Take care hun, we are all here if you need us xx
