Thanks

We go to

libray around once a week. It's only a few mins away and on the rainy days when there's not much to do I take them round and read a few books and take a few home.
See if your region has Bookstart. They give your child a folder with several books in once a year to encourage them.

Lbrary n bootsales r best bet!....

Hiya,
Yep the library is a fab idea. I had lots of potty training story bks from library. They were expensive 2 buy but we had gr8 fun n they helped the process 2!
My library doesnt charge kids 4 lost, damaged books either so thats a plus n its an outing out 4 us without spending 2!!!!
We have lots of the ladybird bks that we have collected from bootsales etc 2. My liitle girl loves Disney 2 so we have a collection of them! They do start 2 take over though n can be very expensive cant they?!
Try library, bootsales, charity shops etc for bargain buys!
Have fun hun. xx

I have had books

from 'red house' and from 'the book people', they both usually do fab introductory offers!!

Also how about joining the library??? There are usually some great books to borrow and they are very understanding of little accidents if the kids are rough with them! Plus it means you get a variety of books without them growing into a book mountain that takes over your house........... I speak from experience here!!

Have fun with reading to the kids!

XXXXX
