Waking up all time during naps

Hi all

Busy busy busy with my little one!! Just a quick question..... Elise keeps waking up during her naps, expecially what was before the longer afternoon nap. Before it was anywhere between 1hr and half and 3 hours and I wouldn't hear a peep from her.
But now she's waking up after 20 mins, screaming. i try to get her back to sleep but quite often I can't (no matter what and believe I've TRIED!!!)
Any ideas whats causing her to wake up? And anything I can do to keep her sleeping for longer?? She only slept 40 mins all afternoon yesterday and it's just not enough - for her AND me!!

She's 8 and half months by the way - Do you reckon its teething? She's not showing any other signs of teething

Is she sleeping in a different place then normal? or alot of noises going on around her? or her nappy might be a little bit wet? maybe she might be thirsty aswell espically if she is teething with dribble? Lol sorry over load of questions, just hope you find something to help her sleep that little bit longer!

If it is the teething you could try her on powder or gel before she goes down for her nap see how she gets on?
