Pics of thomas' lump

Anyone else experienced this? It seems to have gotten bigger 5 days into antibiotics, some say this is the infection "coming out" Back to docs on Monday, I hope it goes by then

It may be the infection coming out trouble is it hasnt got anywhere to go!! I would def go back too the Docs hun, if he has got an abscess sounds like it could do with being drained or summin!!
