Holidays abroad

Hi, was wondering if you could give me some advice on LO first holiday abroad. Keisha is 9 months and we are thinking of booking a hol for next april so she will be about 15 months old when we go. Where abouts have any of you stayed and are we better going self catering rather than all inclusive so we can make her meals and have a fridge for her milk etc.

Any advice and recommendations much appreciated

Sheryl and Keisha Mae

Francis is 16 mths old now

and we've been to Tenerife and Salou. He was 5 months in Tenerife and 11 months in Salou so Charlie would've been 16 months on our Tenerife trip. I didn't really consider any provision for poor Charlie, he probably got overlooked with Francis being so little.
As sambo says at that age they probably eat just about anything. I remember Charlie being a bit off food because of the heat and eating yougurt after yougurt at dinner time which was fine.

You can buy formula over there if you think she's not eating enough. Salou was great as it's 2 and 1/2 hour flight, you're there in no time.

Hi

I went to the Canary Islands when Mickey was only 3months it was all inclusive. If you ask the hotel they will provide you with bottle warmer etc. well they did for me. And most of the time you get a fridge in room for the milk.

I wouldn't stress to much as by 15 months she'll pretty much be eating everything you eat anyway so all inclusive would be ok. Just take some formula as the milk can be a bit iffy!

Hope that helps.

Sam.
