Question about 18months+ sleep

Hi Guys,

Been a long time since I posted on here, think you must worry less the older they get lol!!

Anyway, Ben is now 20 months nearly and i was wondering how much sleep toddlers his age have cos ben seems to sleep a lot!! he is in bed by 7pm and wakes around 7-8 most days. by 11.30 he is knackered and he has at least 2 1/2 hours but quite often will have 3 1/2 hours and still be in bed by 7pm. to be honest i think he would sleep more if i let him but he will only sleep in his bed and if i want to go anywhere its a BIT TYING!!

just wondering if this is a normal amount of sleep as his friends dont really nap in the day much!

tina & ben xx

This is

almost exactly the same as what Zac has and he's the same age as Ben. He normally goes to sleep 8-8 though does wake a bit in the night at the moment. Then he normally has a nap at 10.30/11 for a couple of hours sometimes longer which means he sleeps through lunch sometimes then by the time he's up and eaten i sometimes don't end up getting out till 2.30ish! xx
