hey ladies and babies,

i was just wondering how far apart your children are in age? Christa Jade is now 15 monthes old and i am kinda wanting another .. i think two years apart is a nice little gap but the only problem is i would never want to take any attention away from Christa with another baby so i was thinking maybe a three year gap? I dont know! .. maybe you ladies can help me out a little .. thankyou girls!

My kids ages are

Lily, 8 (9 in April)
Charlie, 6 (7 in March)
Alfie, 5 (today)
and Harry, 8 months (in 3 days)
and i am 17+4 weeks with number 5

I have to say I really noticed the gap between Alfie and Harry, after having the first 3 quite close together then the 4 year gap the pregnancy and first few weeks were harder, but now there will only be 13 months between Harry and this one and im actually finding the pregnancy easier than the last one, and hopefully the birth and few weeks after will be easier too as im still in baby mode.

It all depends on you though hun we are all different and some prefer a gap between kids and some would rather have them all close together each option has it's up's and down's.

Good luck with what ever you decide hun
Huge hugs and much love always

My kids ages are

Dylan 7 1/2 (8 in Feb)
Max 6 end of this month
Finnley 3 1/2 (4 in Dec)
Thomas 2 1/2 (3 in Jan)
Harry 12 weeks this Wednesday.

I enjoy having my boys so close together and I think it will be nice for them when they are older to. My only wish that I had Thomas and Harry closer together because the 2 1/2 years between them I found really odd as the when I had the 1st four, I had 4 under the age of 5 so they were all really close together and I never really got out of 'baby mode'. If I was to have another (dont worry im not) I would like to get preggers within the next couple of months as I find it easier having them closer together. Hope this all makes sense but really it just depends on how you feel and about what age gap you would like and what feels right for you

Take care

Sarah and the boys

There is always a bit of upset, bit of resentment when a new baby comes no matter what the age.
The only time I've not seen this is when Francis was born and Charlie was 11 months old. He was neither up nor down and still isn't really.
But all the others had their little spates of jealousy and had to be reassured. It's just something you deal with as you go along, trying to spend time with all of them individually and together.

if you decide to have one now they will get so used to it either way your going to have to spread the attention but also do things together i have 2 years 9 months between each of mine * i have 3* and its worked nicely for me as i have 1 in school 1 nearly part time schoo 2 toilet trained and one baby at home. its nice also because they are still young enough to play together without the eldest getting annoyed xx
