bless her. Im not looking forward to Acey teething thats for sure lol.
Aye i have been known to get Acey into bed for a snuggle too lol, although i darent sleep in case i squash him lol. I'd just ignore what everyone tells you, you know yourself what works and what doesnt and shes your baby and it was you that carried her for 9 months so sod what anyone else says lol. Aceys never had any trouble getting off to sleep yet (takes after his Daddy i think (who at this moment in time is snoring on the settee lol)). Been as good as gold since the minute he was born (but like i say theres still plenty of time for that to change haha). Every now and then i have a sudden outburst and say 'Andrew OMG we have a baby, look at him' lol. I still struggle to get my head round the fact that we have a baby, cant believe we are lucky enough to have him.
It is hard work sometimes, never admitted that before lol. Because my Crohns became active again whilst i was pregnant im now on higher dose meds and different ones and having to have infusions at the hospital etc etc. So feel like rubbish basically in that way lol. Still he is totally worth it Its harder when Andrews working his late shift. Been feeling really guilty cos ive let my parents have him a few times for a few hours during the day and i keep thinking that im a bad mum because of it.
So you'll have to let me know what i can expect over the next few weeks lol what with Grace being a few weeks older.

Hey hun,
Just noticed that you were online. How are you and Grace doing? Just read that she's 10 weeks now and that you think shes teething? Aww poor thing. I didnt realise babys started teething that early on (thats panicked me a bit lol).
Acey is 4 1/2 weeks now, cant believe how fast the time is going, its scary. He's sooo good i cant believe how lucky we've been with him (for now lol).
Anyhow you'll have to fill us all in on all of your news about Grace.

Hey Lu...god arent the weeks flying by....your wee man is 4 1/2 wks already! I still have to pinch myself that Grace is here with us and that she is indeed 10wks old!lol I think she is teething...she is dribbling in the eve, fist in the mouth and very cranky...tonight she has the green poo....lovely! Poor wee love is just away to sleep for me there with the help of some calpol. Usually I wouldnt give her anything, but I felt tonight that she needed something to get her over and help with the pain. She is as bright as a button during the day....me and her sometimes go back to bed for a wee sleep in the early afternoon when her daddy is still at work...both of us hop into bed and she snuggles into my arm. God as gold....can def recommend the bed sharing to get them over to sleep... people say to me you are making a rod for your own back and that I shouldnt...but it helps me and gets Grace over to sleep happy so thats the main thing.
Hows Acey doing? Plenty of wee smiles? They are amazing.....I still just gace at Grace and snuggle her....this mummy business is hard at times...but soooooo rewarding!
Big big hugs.....Sharon & 10wk old baby Grace xxx

Aw, do you feel her wee breath on your face during siestas? Lovely
Sometimes, if a mum from round the corner is collecting Jude from school I have a sleep on the couch with Francis 'cooried in' (Scottish phrase) and Charlie asleep on makeshift bed on other couch. It's my fave part of day if we all get to do that
Francis has been chewing on his hands for absolute ages now. Dunno if teething, he's not upset but why would he be chomping away like that?
