anyone have any views on mmr. This is my 4th child so have been through loads of info in the past and had one mmr with some effects, one mmr with no effect and then the big Wakefield scare had single jabs. Problem for me is I have researched again even though I know govt says all is well and some of the info available on the internet eg jabs site leaves me to wonder if govt are telling truth or just on budget. I will probably go for single jabs again as for some reason this one bothers me,but would appreciate any thoughts as single jabs are blooming expensive, which I dont really care about normally except I am a bit skint at the moment! Thanks.

Hiya
My little boy is nearly 2. I fretted big time over giving himthis jab. And as luck would have it, about a month b4 he was due, a documentary came on all about the MMR jab. it really put me at ease. The Doctor who started all of these terrible rumours had no solid evidence it leads to autism. all hes tests were done on sheep! honestly. it calmed my nerves and my little bouy was fine. it is a big decision and you have to go with your instinct.

my son has just had his mmr and he was fine in till the following day as he had a hugh temp and when my other son gets that age he will be having a single jab. when you have seperate you have to pay 50 quid each time. they also get given another jab but i have forgotten the name of it.
