hi there, i used to give my kids mashed banana, porridge, yogurt, rusks, mashed potato.an eg chopped up finely, with a little buter. anything you eat, can be liquidised. (although remember not to add any salt to it.) also give your baby a try rusk to bite on to help their teeth and gums develop more. ive got three kids, and its scary at first thinking they may choke on solids, but the sooner you introduce them, the better. your child will let you know likes and dislikes, just remember the bibs!!!!!!!! its a great stage, you will have such fun, with the expressions they give you.good luck.
