Did i make the right decision

i recently found out that i was pregnant so i immediately went to the family planning clinic after consoling with two of my best friends however one of my friends is giving me wrong information i think this is because she is catholic and my other friend has been nothing but supportive.
bare in mind im only seventeen and ive got a whole future ahead of me i got the best results my school has ever seen and im going to london to study fashion.
after meeting with the family planning clinic they helped me decide what was best
two days later i went and got an abortion, was this the right decision?
furthermore my boyfriend is a total prick and hasnt helped me at all.
so would of he helped the baby

hi personally i think u made a very good decision,u made a decision that was right for you and like you said you have your whole life ahead of you..and as for your boyfriend well he sounds exactly like my sons father i had my first baby at 19 and his dad was 20 he was hopeless then and still is now and its been 4 years most guys dont want babies they just like the sex bit but then again dont get me wrong there are guys out there that will help you all the way through..im 24 now and 8 weeks pregnant my boyfriend is only 19 and he cant wait to be a father see so there are good guys out there you just need to find the right one..well good luck with your studies and just remember there is plenty of time to have a family your only 17...
