Hi
you must be exhausted....kids like your son really take it out of you dont they? so has he always been this way?? because if not there are of course all the possibles to take into consideration.....abuse, bullying, difficulties with schoolwork , friends or lack of....but if he has always been different - for want of a better word....has he been properly assessed by a paediatrician who specializes in things such as add, adhd , aspergers syndrome....if not id be hot footing it there right now....get on a website for such things top get a recomendation for a doc-i know plenty of good ones here but none in the rest of the world!!! so what kind of therapy is he having? if its just "talking therapy" as so many do its not much good for most kids-they need someone to tell them what to do-at least in the early stages-someone to set the rules and provide strategies and structure-and im sure you have tried to do just that but a good professional will be able to set things in place and should work not just with the child but include the family....as far as his behavior in the car....id drive straight to the nearest police station and enlist the help of a nice big child savvy policeman....i know lots of families who have done that-they can be such a help-have a chat with your local cops....they may even know of some good programs being run that would benefit him-camps etc...i wish you luck and strength!! big squeeze i hope things go well for him -and for your daughter-xx
