New research shows that obesity levels in Britain are on the rise. We are now the third fattest country in the world.

Sky Real Lives are making a documentary about the obesity crisis and are looking for people who would like to take part. Do you want the chance to tell your story?

Are you worried that your child is overweight, or won't eat healthy food? Do eating habits and excess weight cause conflict in your household?

Maybe you feel there's nothing wrong with a bit of puppy fat, and are sick of the pressure in society to be slim. Can you be fat and fit?

Or are you a child or teenager who is feeling pressure from your family or society to lose weight? Are you happy to be bigger or desperately trying to diet?
