The thing is people I want my belly button done now but I am only 13 and my mom forbid me from gettin it done and my friend told me not to do it myself because it hurts to much but I was wondering if there are any places in surrey,B.C that you can get it done underage without a parent.

No one will do it at your age without parents consent! It is illegal! And they could get into serious trouble and could lose their business which they wouldnt do just for you! I had mine done when i was 20 i am now 30! It really isn't all that you know!
Also theres a high chance it can get infected even if you try keeping it clean! When it gets infected you can end up with a distorted belly button and it doesnt look nice!
Belive me i have 4 freinds that this has happened to and they are adults and very clean people! Not to be patronising but an adult would be better at keeping it clean than a 13 year old! Just a bit of advice really! Just wait a couple of years then go get it done!
