Pen-friends

I am a 39 years old Italian mother of a beautiful 9 years old little girl.

She is studying English at school and she likes it very much, but she knows very very little, mostly because here in Italy language teaching at school is too limited.

Sometimes she watches TV movies in English and listens to English songs; besides, a mother tongue speaking girl gives her lesson once a week. This is all very useful, in fact she is learning more and more while having a lot of fun.

I would like to find a pen-friend for her, a little girl of the same age (I prefer "pen" and not "email" because I think it's more intimate); they could become real friend, and also exchange hospitality during summer holidays.
