Search for a 13 years old penfriend for my son

My name is Isabelle, I am French and I live in Normandy near "the Mont St Michel"
For months and months I have been searching for a penfriend ,learning French and willing to communicate with my son and willing to improve his French
My son's name is Titouan , he is 13, good at school, he plays Basket ball, saxophone and video games, he likes reading too

My wish is that Titouan could go to an english Family , speak english (i am fed up with all the organisation where the children are wite other french speaking children...!) and of course my family would be very pleased to welcome his penfriend here in Normandy...
We live in a big house next to the beach
