But you can choose your friends. You are growing up , and I know that is hard enough without all this at home too. School will be getting more and more demanding. Sounds to me like you need some safe space. Here are some ideas. Talk to your Mum -I know this might be difficult, but she can help keep them away from you - tell her its so you can study - it would work on me!. Have a moan and get some ideas from your friends... Stay over at a friends..get some peace from them. Stay at your nan's or an aunties? Talk to a teacher or councillor at school (tho will probably say talk to your Mum) If its a peer councillor they might have some good ideas - especially one with sisters of thir own. Are feeling a bit ganged-up-on?...thats like bullying and your mum needs to know how it is affecting you. Why don't you ask your Mum to come shopping with you ,just you and have a talk with her. Failing that write her a lovely letter. All this will make you stronger. H

hey im 14 ...i dont get on with my 2 sistes .........and after a stressful day at school...comeing home with arguments waiting is just not helpful........plz help i dont have a clue what o do......i want to help and keep carm but im kinda depressed and my confidences n self of steam is low.....i cant keep carm........what can i do?
