Surrogated mothers in uk

Hello my name is Roberta I am Italian and I am 44 years old.
After a couple of relationship without a happy and...I have foud the man of my dreams (I hope) but I have problems in getting pregnant...
I have tried all the possible treatments without success then someone spoke to me about SURROGATED MOTHERS.
In Italy is not permitted because of the Church but they told me that in UK it is allowed.
Would someone give me more info, or if there is a surrogated mother available it would be wonderful....sorry for my english is not very good.

Yes in the UK it is legal, however many European countries it is not legal.

We have assisted with articles in France and Norway where they are discussing changes.
