Amy Winehouse has been immortalised in wax at Madame Tussauds...but the outspoken singer didn't show up to meet her waxwork because she thought the idea was "crap"!
It was Amy's long-suffering parents, Mitch and Janis, who turned up for the grand unveiling of their daughter's waxwork, which they said bears an incredible likeness to the original.
Amy's wax alter ego, which is nearly 6 feet tall with towering beehive, is exhibited in the same gallery as Jimmy Hendrix and Justin Timberlake. The troubled singer is garbed in a yellow minidress like the one she wore to the BRITs, with her signature black eyeliner and tattoos. Thankfully, the waxwork Amy doesn't look as ravaged by drug and alcohol abuse as the real one - it might put visitors off!
